Tina Lifford, author, trainer, and award-winning actress, who has starred on the OWN Network’s Queen Sugar throughout the seven-season run of the critically acclaimed series, is dedicating the next phase of her life to global wellbeing through personal inner fitness. As Founder and CEO of The Inner Fitness Project, Lifford defines “inner fitness” as strengthening the ability to reconnect to a more mentally, emotionally, and spiritually whole version of Self.
In October 2022, Lifford will launch the SELF365 program, which encourages participants to quickly shift to an empowering growth-producing perspective and sense of what is possible for their life during emotional overwhelm and triggers. Lifford advocates that interrupting limiting beliefs and behavior in support of personal wellbeing is a skill that can be learned and practiced.

SELF365 is a 14-week online group experience guided by Lifford. Groups are comprised of five to seven participants. The program meets each participant where they are in a tailor-made way.
