I created On Track Wellness Coaching from a desire to help others find greater balance, resilience, and hope in their health and everyday lives. Based between Charlottesville and Harrisonburg, Virginia, I work with clients virtually nationwide.
With a background in Health Sciences and continued graduate-level training in counseling and wellness, I take a whole-person approach to well-being — recognizing the deep connection between physical health, emotional wellness, mindset, relationships, and spiritual well-being.
My own journey through significant chronic health challenges deeply shaped my understanding of healing, perseverance, and personal growth. It taught me that wellness is rarely a perfect or linear process. Often, meaningful breakthrough begins with small, intentional steps taken with courage, compassion, and grace.
At On Track Wellness Coaching, I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, encouraged, and empowered as they navigate life’s challenges and pursue lasting, meaningful change.
Whether you are navigating stress, parenthood, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, physical health challenges, or simply seeking a healthier and more grounded version of yourself, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and support.
For clients who welcome it, I’m also honored to thoughtfully incorporate faith-based perspectives into the wellness journey.
I believe meaningful change can begin with a single conversation.
