Beyond business, Leonard has demonstrated a commitment to professional development and mentorship. He dedicated over 12 years to mentoring executives in the YPO Tulsa Chapter, culminating as Chapter Chairman. His leadership helped the Chapter achieve some of its highest performance ratings. Additionally, he served as Vice Chairman of the Government Affairs Committee for the Textile Rental Services Association of America and as Chair of the American Heart Association Tulsa Heart Ball.
Leonard and his wife of more than 27 years, Jennie, share a passion for instilling perseverance, gratitude, and hard work in their three children, who excel in a range of pursuits, from athletics to the arts.
